Room wasn’t huge but it had everything and more than we needed. Absolutely immaculate and everything was presented with care. Very comfortable bed, great shower, also fridge and breakfast were excellent. Really brilliant use of the space. Lady who welcomed us was lovely. Location was great for us and the shop next door handy for drinks etc.

Everything! Great location, on bus and train route, into St Ives (parking is a nightmare!). Comfortable room with welcome breakfast items in the fridge, which was lovely. Parking as well. Thank you, I'll certainly be back!

Beechwood House is in a great location for Carbis Bay beach and on the bus route for St Ives and Penzance. Very clean and comfortable with lovely helpful hosts. I would definitely stay again.
