Exceptionally clean with everything we could need . Felt like home from home . Great location to the beach & train which we used to return from St Ives (£1 per ticket) having walked there along the coastal path . The path across from the house leads you to both . The Tesco is walking distance & very handy . Nice pub nearby the Badger Inn , great ploughman’s lunch .

The house was ideally situated in Carbis Bay, was immaculately clean, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view was lovely and the parking at the front was very convenient. It was close to a number of great restaurants, Carbis Bay beach and train station.

Instructions very clear and sent by email. House was very well equipped for self catering and spacious and light. Plenty of hot water and heating so cosy in the evenings. Great selection of DVDs and smart TV access. Lovely walk down hill to the beach and restaurant and short trip to supermarket and great vegan restaurant. Beautiful bay and view from the house.
