Cons: difficult to find park. But with patience it's possible to find one. Very narrow road in front of apartment. If you are not good driver, don't attempt to off load at front. Try the road at back of apartment. When arriving /departing avoid the times when streets get busy. Narrow roads, alot of people. Pros: 1. location is very convenient to access beaches, town centre and stores. Everything is within walking distance. Perfect. 2. Apartment size is good enough for a family of 4. Bunk beds suitable for smaller kids. Not at alot of distance between top and bottom bunks. Double bedroom comfortable. Loved all the cute touches in apartment with stuff toys, books, pictures. Well done. Cozy. 3. Kitchen well stocked with kitchen utensils. 4. Couldn't get Netflix to work. But the Olympics kept us occupied. Internet was slow but we adjusted. St. Ives is beautiful alot to do. I would definitely rebook. Cornwall is gorgeous, worth the visit. Apartment is a bargain for the location.

Loved everything about the property. Very comfortable, not too expensive (for St Ives), fabulous location, Cornish Escapes very good/easy to deal with.
