A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if management determines that a pet is or has been in the room.No Smoking Policy: Wydown Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for any detection that a guest is or has been smoking within the building.Incidental Charges: Any incidental charges will be charged directly to the guest upon discovery of any damages to the property by guest or visitors upon check out.
Cancelations or changes must be received no later than 4:00 pm (PST) 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to 100% of stay including tax in the room category booked. Any non-arrivals will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked.Amenities Fee of US$25 per night is not included in rates and will be collected at the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This hotel is perfected located on the Main Street in St Helena, a short walk from pretty much everything - and a short drive to dozens of wonderful vineyards stretching in both directions out of the town. St Helena is quaint and charming, as is the hotel, and the team working here are just wonderful. Carole the concierge was so helpful before our stay and then the guys on site when we were in situ were welcoming, friendly and warm - the room was huge and well appointed and beautifully decorated - the car park was right by the hotel and easy, the spa facility they offer (a short walk down the road) is great - small gym but fine for a vacation work out - I could go on and on - love this hotel, will definitely be back !! Thanks so much for looking after us so well.

Location is excellent. Good sized room. Within about 300 m to a Health spa with great gym and pool included in price. Central to the Napa vineyards and St Helena township. Sabrina on afternoon reception is very helpful and sets a welcoming tone .
