The fine print
Due to the size of the lift, the hotel does not offer room suitable for wheelchair users.Please note that there is a dress code for the Bay View Restaurant which is smart/smart casual. No ripped denim or sportswear is allowed. More casual dining alternatives are also available.Please note, the spa and golf course can become very busy and guests are asked to book any spa treatments or tee times in advance in order to avoid disappointment.The outdoor pool is closed between 1st October & 30th April yearly.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel rooms were modern , very clean & well maintained. Loved the fresh flowers in the bar , restaurants & spa area. It was a nice touch having a pianist in the evenings in the bar area. The use of the towelling robes were really useful during our stay for the pool & spa. Staff couldn’t be more friendly , attentive & helpful. We were really impressed with them all. The outside pool is lovely with a nice warm temperature & the spa is very pleasant. We ate in the restaurant one night for dinner & the set menu choices were varied - the food was really good. The waiters were attentive & friendly.

Location, facilities and food all superb! Staff very polite and attentive and lots of them to reduce any waiting time for drinks, food or checkin and check out.

The place was really nice and friendly. Old hotel which is surrounded by mansions and bentleys. beautiful views and the spa was great.
