Rockleigh Place is a small family-run guest house. We are located in St. Austell area, right in the heart of Cornwall, which is home to many attractions including famous Gardens such as the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, traditional seaside villages and beaches.
There is free on-site parking, a well-maintained garden and a roof terrace with a sea view for guests to use. Electric car charging is available on site.
All our rooms are freshly decorated and are located on the ground or lower ground floor.

Rockleigh Place was such a great find. Extremely comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming. They have renovated this beautiful victorian house to a really high standard. Highly recommended. Location very convenient for Eden Project and Heligan Gardens as well as many more.

Everything. Elegant, stylish but still homely guest house with stunning gardens and every need anticipated. The attention to detail was remarkable - hands down the best guest house we have stayed in anywhere in the world. This dynamic husband and wife duo have certainly found their calling. Super comfy QS bed, lovely linen ... best nights sleep. Great bathroom and fantastic breakfast. Free parking.
