Bed and Breakfast Overview

A 6-minute drive from the centre of St Austell, the family-run Bradleigh Lodge offers high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation on the south Cornwall coast. With free secure parking, it is around 20 minutes drive from the Eden Project and Truro.
Traditional in style, the rooms each offer a modern en suite bathroom with a power shower. Each room also has a modern flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities, with hot chocolate and biscuits.
The largest town in Cornwall, St Austell has many restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as a cinema. Among local attractions are the St Austell Brewery and Wheal Martyn Country Park, less than 8 minutes away, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan are 13 minutes’ drive.

That the room was separate from the main house. We also loved Cath in the mornings making great recommendations of where to go and also booking us a taxi when our train was cancelled.

Beautiful room, smallish bathroom but everything was there. Easy to find, pleasant hosts and a lovely rear garden with individual seating areas. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fruit. Thank you

Beautifully thought out suite with every comfort (including wine cooler) located in the garden of property. Although the property was on a main road, the traffic noise was not noticeable in the room. We were able to sit out in the well maintained garden, have a drink and chat to the owner and his gorgeous dog! The property was well situated for days out sightseeing.
