no brkfst was included. The entrance to the apt. was dark & could certainly stand some basic changes like painting the walls & carpeting the stairs

The apartment was very roomy, 2 large bedrooms, a very clean bathroom and comfortable kitchen dining lounge area. Easy to walk to the main street at St Andrews. Access to the property was clearly described and very easy.
