The hotel does not take a deposit, but cards are pre-authorised at time of booking.Your check-in, check-out and breakfast are in the Ardgowan Hotel. However, Pilmour rooms are located in Pilmour Hotel which is directly next door.Cars may be parked free outside the hotel after 17:00 until 09:00 the next morning and all day on Sunday.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
