Accomadation and ambeience is very good and sakib (owner of this boat) will be available in phone call distance when there is need with local drivers he will contact with them and bargain like anything and atlast we will get cheap rate to travel hill stations , one of best shikara raid we did with him and explaining about dal lake is fantastic,generally shikara raid will be 1hr but he took us almost 3 hrs and explained all stuff.

The property was awesome. The host is so kind and welcoming. Must accomodate in this houseboat. Also, you can avail shikara rides on the boat.
