I loved everything about the Taj from the minute I walked in. The hotel is next level and has a view like no other . The staff are amazing . Especially Nayeem from the restaurant who made our engagement dinner one that I will never forget . The attention to detail was amazing . Such professionalism all round . I have stayed in many hotels across the world but this is my favorite so far , which says alot .

Taj Dal keep the tradition n promise of Taj Hotels .. The kashmiri Hospitality was amazing I was handled personaly by Mr Suhail whom contacted me ensuring my comfort and requests are taken care of.. Mr Suhail keep checking my wellbeing during my stay Upon Arrival Ms Fozia personally welcome me with traditional welcome explained all details and ushered me to the room with all surprises And to end it perfectly goodbye send off by Mr Zaid Not forgeting all team at restaurant n housekeeping I was overwhelmed by these experience..
