The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a friendly staff. Special mention to Imran, the manager, and Mansoor, the supervisor, who were exceptionally quick and efficient in meeting our requests.

The property was good. The location of the property was too good. Our stay was good only for the stay’s at the property. Imran is the one who manages and looks after the work. He was so good and friendly towards us. He managed to get us medicine when we asked and he was so cooperative and made us comfortable. Manzoor Bhaiya (Manzoor Ahmed Shah) was so sweet towards us. He even got us bread and other bakery stuff which we got back to our home. He personally took care of all our needs for a comfortable stay. The food there was so good . The breakfast was so filling and good. Fida Bhaiya (Fida Hussain) he was driving us throughout the trip and he was so down-to-earth and he was the best. He drove us throughout the trip to made sure we go and visit each point. We had a bad experience in Pahalgam for the Governor movement and army’s restrictions. But he made sure that we didn’t miss the small spot and visit other not so famous spot so that the pahalgam visit doesn’t go in waste. He stopped the car without us mentioning him that we want to go to the loo. He himself used to stop the car and that too at the correct time. He even took us to the stop from where we can get the best piece of cloth. He was so friendly and was like an elder brother to us. He made sure that to went to the hotel safely and had proper lunch during our day visit to different spots and suggested us where we can have dinner too. He was the best thing that had happened to us in the trip. The entire staff were the best, for whom the trip went so smoothly and they made us a part of their small family too. Will surely recommend others Sethi’s Homestay to other.

We had a bad experience in Pahalgam for the Governor movement and Army’s restrictions, for which we couldn’t visit any spot other than Aru Valley, but Fida bhaiya made sure we see other small small spots which were so beautiful . He made sure we reached our room properly. He showed us the best shop from where we can get stuffs. He guided us throughput the trip . Without us telling him that we need to go to washroom, he himself stopped the car near washroom stops. We were lucky to have Fida bhaiya as our driver . The entire staff was so kind and made us the part of their small family. We will surely recommend the Sethi’s Homestay to others and will definitely visit again soon . 😊

Staff was nice. Rooms were spotlessly clean and big. Plus we had the best breakfast in Kashmir here.
