Exceptional stay for three nights , rooms are very clean and hygienic even the washrooms are in impeccable condition. After visiting dozens of hotels finally found an example of perfect staycation . And Mr. Salim a wonderful host makes you feel home away from home . Will definitely visit again this property in Kashmir .

The villa is very nice, and the room as well. The bathroom is clean. Salim uncle, the owner, is a really great host, he helped a lot with anything we needed, and Vishaal bhai as well.

I had booked this property after going through a lot of reviews and I must say that this property is one of the best places where you can stay in Srinagar. The rooms are clean with all the facilities mentioned in the website. There is a wonderful garden where you can spend your evenings or mornings. It was quiet and peaceful. They have their own website through which you can order delicious food. The host and Raju bhaiya were very polite and made us feel welcome. Raju bhaiya even cooked us breakfast at 6.30 am as our flight was early morning. Overall the best booking I have made for my short trip to kashmir :).
