Excellent location if you want to visit Abraham Lincoln’s house and Presidential Museum. It’s a 40-or-so minute walk from Lincoln’s Tomb. I took an Uber there but walked back. Room was spacious and comfortable. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. Alex at Reception gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher after being unable to assist with an issue prior to check-in. Excellent customer service, that. I’ve read comments about crime in the area. I saw no signs of it. Felt perfectly safe at all times.

Nice hotel. Nice bar area and good location. Couple of nice staff members were very kind when I was checking in. They could see I was upset after being treated poorly by management. Check in staff were very nice and negative comments not their fault

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at. Beautiful room and lobby, friendly staff. Excellent location right in Springfield city center.
