Nice room, spacious and very quiet. Comfortable to stay, room is big and has kitchen facilities. Receptionist is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff acted very professional and offered all the info required - the 2 ladies from the reception were exceptional: Alina and her colelague make you feel as home. Location was close enough to Zurich and across the street from a large shoppoing centre. Everything was great.

Overall a good experience, little far away from Zurich (40 mins on train from Zurich HB) but there is public transport available until 12.30am which is 9 mins walk from the hotel.

Spacious room with quite big bathroom and lots of space for the bagage. Very friendly and helpful staff. And a very fair price, especially for Switzerland. Next to a big shopping center, including a huge supermarket, so everything available. Also next to a petrol station with a well equipped shop, including fresh bread.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very well located and very close to transport. And the shopping Centre was a bonus! As I needed to rest, I didn't really interact too much with the staff but on the few occasions I did, they were really nice. I
