Everything was just wonderful, the most stunning view, the property was so carefully tended to with so much taste, beautiful pool and most importantly the most friendly hosts who made us feel at home immediately!

we loved the apartment, spacious and comfortable. after a week or so without cooking facilities it was so nice to be able to eat at home. Angela the owner has created a lovely family atmosphere and was so helpful. the apartment is probably 10 mins walk from town and the view from our window overlooked the whole town of Spolito. Secure parking on-site another bonus.

We spent a fantastic 48 hours (as a family of 4) at Il Sogno, which we learnt means “The Dream” in Italian, and it certainly lived up to its name! We were welcomed by Angela, who along with her husband, was a brilliant host. The best thing about this property without doubt was the swimming pool, which I think is the best pool I have ever been to! The photos on the website don’t do it justice. The view over Spoleto is breathtaking and the terrace was a wonderful place to sit out on in the evening sun. The accommodation was relatively basic, but it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Spoleto itself is a hidden gem, very old, very beautiful and with plenty to explore.
