The property is lovely, the room Was huge and had a view over the pretty courtyard . The breakfast was great.

We love everything! The breakfast is fantastic! The people is very kind and they treat you like a king!!! The bed lining is excellent and the pillows are both in small flat and fluffy versions! The shower is perfect too. You ca park in the property for 15€ a day, but as the hotel is next to the parking lot, in case you prefer you can park there too. The hotel is 2 min from the escalators that bring you to the top of the city, but if y decide to walk will be a 10 min to everywhere from the hotel!

Great stay, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. Breakfast buffet selection was very good to set you up for the day. Would highly recommend staying here while visiting Spoleto

Lovely room and public spaces with charming murals on the ceilings and walls - and lovebirds in the salon. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had.
