Apartment is new, fresh, well maintained, clean, comfy, you have everything you need. Soft bed, dishwasher, washing machine, all the toiletries, complimentary coffee for a coffee machine. It feels like home. We felt wert welcome. Owner was very helpful, and made her best to take care about anything you may need during your stay. It’s a top floor, you have a nice view, big bonus is underground parking spot in the garage. I bet in summer it’s going to be cool in the apartment as it’s north facing, and it’s going to be great to chill on the balcony. Location is also great, close to the beach and to the central street if Split, the 7 mins drive to the mall. One block away is decent grocery and cosmetics store, with cafes near by. Thank you, we’ll stay again!

Very cozy and clean apartment. The host thought of every detail and equipped apartment with everything you need. You get nice place, very strong WiFi signal, with a parking place in an underground garage, in a town where the parking is the big deal and all for reasonable price. You can't ask for more.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The bed was super cozy, and having a garage made parking stress-free. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay!
