We stayed at the house as a group of 5 friends. It worked really well. We are happy sharing twin beds very close together (you cannot separate them due to space) so was not an issue for us. The house was clean, well equipped and maintained and the location was simply perfect for exploring Split and further afield. Bertie was great with communicating and his daughter met us at the property on arrival with all the welcome info we needed. As a property base for a group to explore Split you could not go wrong. Would also be perfect for couples or family though does have steep steps so maybe not very young toddlers.
