The place is clean and comfy, just about 7-8 minutes walk to the main bus station. Stiple is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the accommodation in Split

We have been travelling to Croatia every year for 12 years now. Every time booked an apartment through Booking. We always try to find an apartment with two rooms, in the city centre, with kitchen and AC in both rooms, and outdoor place and not too expensive. It's hard, but we found one this time - except the outdoor place which we don't need anyway cause it's too hot. - Clean - AC in both the bedroom and the kitchen - Close to everything. 15 minutes walk to Ultra Music Festival, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, 0 minutes to the city centre. - Our Host Stipe was very nice and professional. We stayed in touch via Whatsapp and needed more towels on Sunday and when we woke up on Saturday they were already on a chair outside our door. - Lots of supermarkets close to the apartment. Tommy supermarket 1 minute walk. - 3 bakerys within a 2 minute walk. 2 of them open 24 hrs a day when we were there during Ultra Music Festival - Our host gave great recommendations regarding where to eat - Nice bathroom - Comfortable bed and a wardrobe for your clothes

A wonderful and guest-oriented host. We were welcomed at the door, and our luggage was carried upstairs. A very beautiful apartment was waiting for us. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Top-quality amenities. We felt very comfortable.

Really central location, couldn’t fault it. Really clean apartment and had everything we needed for our stay. Stipe the host was really lovely and accommodating and made our stay.
