You get what you pay for. If you happen to be in Split in the midst of a tourist season and don't want to pay extortionate prices for a stay in the centre, this student dorm is an option you can stay at away from the centre. There is an ok beach 20 mins walk away. It was clean, the shower worked okay. There are buses nearby that take you to other places in the city.

We used this hostel as part of a backpacking trip across Croatia. The hotel itself is far from the city centre but there is a bus stop right outside and the local public transport is great, so no issues. There was AC! Which is a rarity at many of the hostels in Croatia. We didn’t try the food. The hostel did have washing and laundry facilities.

Lift. Sound proofing was pretty good. Bathrooms/showers/toilets on every floor. Location. Value for money. Private room. Linen and towels provided. Big shower space. Big room space and storage space. Vending machines. We were able to check in a little earlier than the set check-in time. Desks and chairs in the room.

Very close to University campus, that was very important to us. The staff is always available and nice. The rooms are very good for the money (the ones with air cooling and separate bathrooms), just expect this is a student dormitory.
