The palace was spotless, quiet and the bed super comfortable. It was much needed after a festival. Staff were really friendly and caring. Poached eggs were out of this world.

Amazing customer service, I felt looked after and valued before I even arrived at the hotel. Wonderful location with parking. Warm and informative welcome and recommendations of what to do and places to eat. Breakfast was next level, I have never had one like it! Thank you for a great stay xxx

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was lovely. Couldn't find anything to fault with the hotel.

Central location with easy access to main attractions and restaurants. Room was lovely and we also had a balcony which was great to chill on after a day in the sun,together with the plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious, over and above anything we were expecting. Plenty of choice and staff were exceptionally helpful both at serving and offering suggestions for dinner etc. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
