Perfect location. Helpful staff, when we asked for an Iron this was placed in our room the following day. I would stay here again and would recommend this property.

The bed was too soft but location was great! The toiletries provided was not that good. They gave my room all shower gel but gave my friends’ room all shampoo. When we exchanged a couple of bottles each, we realised they were all the same contents.

Very comfortable. On 1st floor which suited me...the steps that far were enough of a challenge with a lack of handrail support on a spiral staircase that emerged into the lobby as if climbing out the cellar! Helpful staff with luggage transportation in & out.
