Apartment Overview

Located right on the south wall of Diocletian’s Palace and integrated in the Medieval Venetian Castle, Riva Luxury Suites offers luxurious and modern accommodation featuring authentic 4th and 15th-century walls, as well as spectacular south facing views of Split Bay.
Under your windows you will experience the lively atmosphere of Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva Waterfront Promenade: various cafés, restaurants and shops as well as concerts of the world's famous musicians, numerous summer events and performances.
Lavishly furnished apartments are air conditioned and offer a private entrance and a seating area, as well as a TV and a DVD player. A fridge, toaster, Nespresso and tea making facilities are also available. Luxurious bathroom provides free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. All units also come with a Bluetooth Audio Receiver.
The Peristil Square, the Saint Domnius Cathedral, various museums and galleries are only a few steps away. Main Bus and Train Station and the Ferry Port can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. The sandy Bačvice Beach is a 10-minute walk away.

The breakfast was served in the nearby restaurant, and it was amazing! Delicious coffee, fresh juice and tasty eggs/bread/anything you want ! The location is so top! In the heart of Old town and with the direct sea view from own balcony. Cleaning was made every day. The apartment is spacious, you have everything you need inside - washing machine, drying machine, two bathrooms, coffee machine etc. Definitely coming here again!

Apartment is beautiful - open, airy, bright, clean - exceeded expectations! Wonderful balcony with bi-fold doors, whole length of the apartment, overlooking Riva with bustling restaurants underneath. Host was lovely and met us at the street and showed us to the apartment and helped with the suitcases, plus gave useful information to navigate Split. Massive amount of floor space and we comfortably stayed with 3 people using the sofa bed.

Very welcoming and helpful host Roko. Fantastic location, really nice spacious apartment with everything you need. Great balcony, bifold doors and view. Excellent arrangement with two local restaurants for really fab breakfast. Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, and Roko helped with our bags.

Lovely apartment with stunning view, especially with the bi-fold windows pulled back. Location right in the thick of things, and easy access from the ferry. Really nice, responsive hosts and all requests met promptly without fuss. Note: upper level apartment with no lift. Hosts helped us with luggage.

The location was fantastic. It was close to all the places that I wanted to go. Although it wasn't a hotel, Roco was at my service all the time to support me. Room was very comfortable and the view of port of split was absoulutely wonderful and relaxing. We wished that we could stay for more!

We stayed in the top floor suite which also had a private roof top terrace and the views were stunning from both, the photos don't do it justice. Perfect location right above the Riva promenade and just 2 minutes walk into the old Palace. Hosts Roko and Ante were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
