Amazing service. Perfectly located in the middle of the old city. Parking service for 40 Euros very professional and prompt. Upon early departure you can also receive a breakfast to go.

Very convenient location for historical area visit. Not very noisy in the midnight although there were many tourists walking around. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable fold out bed, great location , beautiful breakfast in lovely restaurant, spacious room, kind, helpful and friendly reception and cleaning staff, great service of buggy to Port, luxurious L’Occitane toiletries and loved the Grappa thank you.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the 4th floor and the room was lovely. The little kitchen was really useful for our wine, water and snacks, the welcome drink a nice touch, the beds and linen really comfortable and the bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the cafe next door was good - not a massive choice, but eggs cooked to order. A lovely hotel right in the heart of the city.
