Frimmel “Clean and comfortable home base for a week in Split”

Neat, clean and pleasantly quiet. Ante is a lovely host who made sure that we had everything we needed. Since circumstances allowed for it, we were allowed to stay long past the ordinary check-out time. This was a vacation-saving gesture, since our flight was due in the evening and the weather forecast for the day promised thunder and downpour. Firule beach is a five minute walk away, and the historic city centre and harbor about twenty. We can heartily recommend this apartment.

Definitely, a 10 ! Nice apartment, spacious, clean, and the interior is designed in a purple color, with very good taste. We loved it ! The beach is 5 minutes walk. The city center can be easily reached through the town, but we found a little bit longer, but scenic route that follows the coastline till the Embarcation peers. The apartment doesn't offer parking, but next to the block there is a small courtyard where I always found a parking space (middle September).

The hosts were very accommodating and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everything you could need was provided for us - they even greeted us with a little box of biscuits. Air con was great, plenty of towels, was super clean. The location was great, approx 10 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from a supermarket. It took us about 25 mins to walk into the town centre. The apartment is out of the way of any nightlife so was quiet at night. Hosts kindly extended our check out time as our flight was in the evening.
