Property as described in the listing. The photos are a little misleading as there is no beach anywhere near the apartment. But the property itself is located in a quiet and calm area and hardly 10 minutes walking from old town area.

The apartment had all the necessary amenities. For the price, it was good value. The highlight was definitely the air‑conditioning in every room and the convenient window blinds. Location is excellent. Parking is available on the street next to the apartment, and a deposit is required.

Very friendly welcome. Good location, only about 15 mins walk to oldtown. Quite a few good restaurants neaeby.

Nice apartment within walking distance of Split city centre. Host lives nearby and collecting the keys is very easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped including a nice tourist map of split that guests can use. Very near to supermarkets and takeaways. Overall a great option for families.
