The owner does not speak English but is very nice. The apartment is small but new, with everything that we need. You can walk to the city mall it's very close.

Cute little apartment, perfect for two, can’t say anything bad about it:) There is a tv in the bedroom also, which was a surprise:)

Very kind and helpful owner met us to give us the keys. It was very easy to communicate with her and she allowed us late check out. Everything was completely new and looks luxury although it was small flat. Free parking is big plus.

The host is great, and the apartment was perfectly clean and fitted with a full array of brand-new, high-quality appliances (super-fast induction hob, great air-conditioning unit... even the intercom system is ultra-modern). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is everything you need for a longer stay (iron and ironing board, clothes horse etc.). The apartment also has a dedicated parking space. The building itself is very new and modern, so it would be perfectly safe in case of an earthquake.
