I had a great time there, Alen is very friendly and it has been a pleasure to discuss with him. The appartment is very well located, beaches are close by and so is the city center, you can enjoy both the pleasure to be in nature and the activity of the city. It's very quiet at night and air conditionning was great given the temperature. I definitly recommend this location, I was there with my 2 teenagers and they had a great time.

Everything! Alen was so kind and lovely, so extremely accommodating and welcoming! Also gave us beautiful recommendations for places to go around and helped with any accommodation needs. Stayed during my birthday and felt so cared for the entire trip. Thank you! Can’t wait to book again sometime soon.

“Located right in the old town in the beautiful part of Split, in Croatia, Guesthouse Kresic is the ideal destination for those who want to explore Croatian beauty. The impeccable studio creates a discreet home feeeling. Especially because the landlord is soooooo nice and helpful. It is located near the old town and next to wonderful beaches.
