Located within the 1700 year old UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace in Split, Golden Gate Rooms offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access.
Every unit comprises a flat-screen TV and a seating area, as well as a mini fridge and views over the rooftops of the palace. A bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries are available in all units.
A number of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found just steps away form Rooms Golden Gate. A variety of sightseeing options, such as Gregory of Nin, Prokurative and the Peristyle are also available a short walk away.

I have read reviews before booking, and they were spot on - perfect location, unique atmosphere, and great hosts who kindly offered to store my bag when I was on tour all day after checking out I also liked looking through the windows to busy streets below with restaurants as that was more entertaining during evenings than tv
