Beautiful room, felt luxurious and very thoughtfully designed. Suzanna was an amazing host, went above and beyond and gave lot of interesting information about Zagreb. Location is great as well.

Luxury rooms indeed in a more quiet part of Split, just 5 minutes to the old town. The host is incredible friendly and really gives you a warm welcome. The rooms are great size, in total 3 rooms on one floor with a small reception area in the middle, the rooms are positioned around the reception. Secure building with codes. Two out of 3 rooms have a balcony. Paid parking at the building available. Free street parking as well. High quality materials have been used like towels, bedlinens and so on. The rooms have a fridge, coffee/tea and amazing marble bathrooms. Very quiet area. Shutters and black out curtains guarantee a good sleep. Breakfast is not served, but they have a deal with a hotel in the old town with discount over there.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The owner was wonderful—so friendly and helpful, always ready to offer great tips and advice. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The accommodation was amazing, with so many thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. I loved the great coffee, luxurious bath products, and the cozy cushions for the balcony. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—this place is fantastic!

If you want to meet the perfect host, I suggest to book Five Elements. Suzanna will do everything what is in her reach to make you feel comfortable. Nothing is too much and she is helping out making your stay absolutely amazing. From making reservations to the best restaurants to suggesting the best spend of your day and how to organize for it. We could not wish for anything more. The room we rented was very clean, stylish and spacious. Really nice and it provides absolute quality and value for your money! Breakfast is at a remote location, for which you have a choice of two options. Both are within walking distance and serve a great choice of high quality food.

Suzana our host was amazing. She gave us a detailed checkin with lots of recommendations. A common sense approach to the tourist attractions, where to park without being charged a fortune, where to withdraw cash without being charged. There was one day of bad weather so she gave suggestions of places to visit so not to be too affected. She made reservations for us within seconds of sending her a message. She’s bang on it. Very good at hospitality & a lovely lady. The accommodation is a classic, don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the building lacks curb appeal, but this is normal for most, if not all the buildings outside of the old town. The inside however is exactly like the photos, luxurious & spacious. A lot of thought has gone into the aesthetics and comfort for the guest. The bed is huge! Handmade too! The most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. There’s no mirrors in the main room which I suspect is to do with feng shui. There was a full length mirror in the hall and plenty in the bathroom. I just like to have natural light to apply makeup and more surface space for toiletries. This is my personal preference. It’s a short walk into town where you pass two supermarkets. Slight hill and stairs on the way back. Parking available.

Everything- superlative! The owner checked us in, she made recommendations and explained all for us. Very kind lady. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Good central position (less than 10 minutes by foot to the city centre), quiet zone, luxurious room, good breakfast at the places the owner recommended

Excellent rooms with excellent location, not far away from the centrum and beach. Extremely clean and comfortable. Beautiful, cozy and luxurious interior. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Suzana ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city! Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

I cannot put into words how amazing Suzana is as a host and the beauty of her wonderful property in Split! It’s very central, she spent about half an hour going through all of her local dining recommendations, how to get around the town, etc which I hadn’t experienced before my stay at her apartments. The facilities within the room are stunning, the bed was the most comfortable bed that we slept in within Europe, everything was spotless. We will definitely be back again - thank you so much!
