When we arrived there was milk, water, coffee, croissants, sweets left for us. Bartul allowed us a late checkout and checked that we had everything we needed during stay. We were within easy walking distance to the beach and to the old town. Fully equipped and sparkling clean.

Great location with only a short walk into town. Very clean and with every facility you could wish for. Good communication from owner, overall our stay was superb and we can highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this great city

Spacious, bright, and very clean 5th floor apartment a short walk to the beach and Riva. Separate air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. Balcony facing the evening sun and the sea can be seen from the balcony. Grocery store just around the corner, as well as paid parking for the car.
