The apartment was in a quiet area and very close to the beach and the city center (around 20 mins by foot). Check-in and Check-out worked so easily and no key or card for the room to carry around, just the pin-code in the head😄

We were only in the room for one night (having left Brac Island and flying from Split to the UK the next day). But he location was very good. Walking distance into the old part of Split, and walking distance from the ferry on our return to Split from Brac. The room was quiet, comfy, and had a small fridge as well. Communication from the manager of the rooms was exact and ensured we could enter and exit easily. Great price and perfect for a one or two night stay.
