Nice location,exactly in the old town and close to the seaside. Rooms are small but okay for a short stay, bathroom is tiny but it was expected.

Amazing location, easy self check in. Ivana was really helpful with all the information in the arriving time. She also turned on the heat before we arrive late time, it was really nice from her. They change everyday the towels and bring fresh water, it was so nice from Ivana. Comfortable and clean. Really recommended!

Stayed here on our first visit to Split and it was a great base. The apartment was small but comfortable, with a shared guest area perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day out. Being in the Old Town meant everything was within walking distance—restaurants, shops, and tour meeting points. Ideal spot for exploring the city on foot. Would stay again!
