Daniel “Superb location, traditional style and spotlessly clean.”

The property is located on one of the quieter streets in the old town, our room was very nicely furnished with a traditional feel, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed for the trip. Most importantly, its in a superb location just a short stroll away from the main old town attractions. The property owner, Gorjan met us upon arrival in Split and gave us a quick walking tour of the town so we could get our bearings which was appreciated. The narrow streets and passageways in the old town can be tricky to navigate, especially at night (after a few drinks). Gorjan kept in touch to ensure everything was as expected during the trip and was a genuine, helpful host 👍. Recommendations nearby to the property: Bobis - Traditional pastry and pizza by the slice Bepa - Great breakfast and people watching location Mare Gelateria - The best we had in Split (White Bueno flavour 🤌) FYI - The property is located up a few flights of fairly narrow stairs so may not be suitable for people of ill health or mobility issues. Enjoy!

The balcony was a good place to sit in the evening to enjoy a view of the old town at sunset with swallowing flying overhead. Host was very helpful and both welcomed and farewelled us in person. Stay was very comfortable with ample supplies provided.

The apartment is in the old town and you can walk everywhere. The apartment has beautiful unique decor and also provides all essentials. The fridge was even filled with cold bottled water and little cakes! Good wifi, AC, and very clean. Gorjan’s hospitality was exceptional - It was so easy to communicate with him and he offered his help for anything. He insisted on carrying our bags up and down the stairs and helping us to our car, even when we needed to check out in the early hours of the morning. Perfect stay.

From the begining to the end everything was wonderful. The location is very close to everywhere and easy to find. Gorjan was the best host i have ever seen.. Since we booked the the room he started to help us until we leave. Last day he came to say bye very early morning and help us to carry luggages to our car.. Hope to come back again.
