The flat is well equipped with two AC units and two boilers, perfect for a group of 4. The kitchen has spices, oil, salts, everything you need to cook which really makes a difference. The table outside was great for relaxing at, and had mosquito coils provided. Ivan was friendly and helpful, we asked for an iron and he brought one over within a few hours. We managed to misplace one of the keys and he was very understanding. A great stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Apartments Maria in Split. The host, Ivan, was incredibly polite and attentive. He always checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the apartments is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach just a short walk away. It’s an ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring the city. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and extended stay. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Split – you won’t be disappointed!

As a group of friends we had a great stay! The appartment was very clean and complete with all the things you need. Good lokation and airconditiong. Good value. Near beaches and close to the old Town. Ivan and his mother are indeed very nice! Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Inez and friends
