The landlord was great, contacted me in advance and provided water and food, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is a beach 15 minutes walk away!

1) I believe that before the gigantic construction/reconstruction opposite the apartment building (stretching for a kilometer along the seashore) this place was excellent for relaxation. I hope that after the construction is completed it will not be worse. And for those peoples who love peace, it will be great if there is no noisy cafe in front of the building. 2) Excellent terrace and sea view. 3) Comfortable wooden table and chairs on the terrace. 4) Outdoor patio swing chair. 5) A lot of different dishes and kitchen utensils, a lot of towels, including kitchen towels. There are even two beach towels. 6) Induction cooker. 7) The owner’s son tried to solve the problems I voiced as quickly as possible. 8) As we count floors in Baltic states, apartments are located not on the 2nd, but on the 3rd floor. It's not bad; I'm just stating a fact that in my case was only in my favor (as far as possible from the noise and dust of the construction site). 9) On the day of my arrival the owner informed me, that I was allegedly given a discount due to construction. In the apartment, I saw a price list, came into force on March 22, 2024 (I booked apartments for 10 nights in December 2023), so I can’t say anything about the amount of the “discount” (and I don't have to be aware of the price level for apartments anywhere).

Lovely little apartment with a sea view and 45 min walking distance from Split center of town. Host was very nice.
