Owner was super helpful, being from Asia really not use to the way to open and lock the main door, owner take the trouble to come back and teach me how to operate it correctly. Owner also teach us try not to drive in city as we are not sure of their driving culture, she recommended us to use Bolt ride app to call for transport, which save us time to find parking and to beat the traffic jam. The reason I rated 9 out of 10 is because of the crowd and jam nothing to do with the service and the apartment. MDM Renata was wonderful, highly recommended.
