The apartment was clean and just like in the pictures. There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed staying there. Close to beach and walking distance from city center.

We traveled to Split for both business and leisure. First of all, Vicent is a great host, fast and possitive replys, so we thank him. He gave us all the information we needed for accommodation and apartment entrance before we arrived in Split. It was very easy to enter and exit the house. The house was very clean. There is everything you need in a house. In addition, Vicent offered surprise food and drinks. The wifi was very good. The location of the house was close to both the meeting area and the city center. If you like walking, you can reach the old city in 20-25 minutes. You can reach Trstenik beach in 15 minutes by walking.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need plus lots of useful extras like kitchen roll, foil etc.Only thing missing was scissors. It was also very clean and tidy The communication was excellent and the owner was really helpful and responsive Short walk to big supermarket and a nice beach about 10 min walk away Historic centre of Split 20 - 25 min walk or €7 euros in an uber
