The flat was amazing as the owner had everything you could possibly need available and excellent instructions for the flat as well as advice about things to do whilst in Split. She was also in contact very quickly if needed. A very thoughtful and helpful owner. It is a very large, comfortable and clean flat with fab air conditioning, close to all transport links and not far from the old town. Excellent instructions on how to get there were a great help. Well worth staying here if in Split.

Everything. Tihana is a great host. She is very caring and has prepared little instructions for things that you would have questions for, therefore avoiding the need to ask for help. She also prepared little gifts to brighten up the day. This property is a little nice gem in Split. Location is perfect. It has everything you need and more. Very big plus, you could wash your clothes and they were dry in few hours on balcony /fresh air. Would return again :)

The apartment was small and simple but comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided along with basic provisions which are not usually there (eg oil, flour etc). Our host Tihana couldn’t have been more helpful with info and she left us little gifts (like local strawberries or croissants). Parking was outdoors with a gate (not locked) and security camera.

The apartment is in great location, just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment’s facilities are excellent with clear instructions. Owner is super nice and even gives us a little gifts! Communications between the owner is excellent too! Parking was a plus too!
