We very much enjoyed our stay for a week from 6th to 13th October 2025. Very clean apartment, very well equipped with an electric kettle and very comfortable beds. Access to clean towels and bedding in a cupboard on the landing just outside the apartment with key access on top. It was on the third floor with views of the mountains from one of the three balconies. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, although there are more beaches in the centre of Stobrec, which is just ten minutes walk downhill from the apartment. Stobrec is very picturesque with palm trees, lots of cafes and restaurants overlooking the beach areas, Bobis bakery, and supermarkets. A very handy bus in the centre of Stobrec takes you into Split City, which is about a 40-minute bus ride and runs approximately hourly. The tourist information office is right near the bus stop too, advice on boat tours etc from Stobrec. Recommend Lavaki Rog restaurant, in the centre of Stobrec, near the bus stop and tourist information office. It's good tasty food, reasonably priced, and seemed to be cigarette smoke-free with the aircon on.

Good value apartment located in Stobrec about 20 minute drive from the centre of Split. A 5 minute walk down the hill takes you into the small harbour area of Stobrec where you can catch a bus for €2 into Split and where you will find bakeries, small grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all communication and quick to answer any questions. We did, initially, have difficulty locating the apartment building as it is tucked away off the main road up the hill but the owner had sent photos to help us. This also meant that the apartment was away from noise so very peaceful.

Proximity to the beach was great (3 min walk), spacious comfortable bedroom with 2 balconies and another balcony at the living room to dry clothes and sit outside. Also available beach mats & umbrella were great. Also some washing detergent & hair dryer in the bathroom.
