Beautiful, peaceful location, friendly staff, great breakfast, very good price. I'll never forget the morning walks among the lovely houses nearby and the incredible view of the fjord and mountains!

It was a nice stay and great value for the money paid. It had all the necessary facilities but all very basic. Staff was nice and overall a nice stay.

The room is small but has a private bathroom and everything is clean enough. Breakfast is simple but totally acceptable — you won’t go hungry. I recommend booking a room that doesn’t face the street: when tourist buses arrive late at night, people wait outside under the windows, which makes it hard to sleep. The staff could consider bringing them inside, for example into the dining area. A good option if you’re visiting Ålesund for 1–2 nights.

Had a room with a shared bathroom, perfectly fine for the price, clean and spacious. Decent breakfast, bread with different toppings and some fruit available.
