The location is a very good starting point for hikes in Slovak paradise but needs much more promotion, 1 example for all - we got the info about possible discount or free entry into the national park only after asking the local people during our hikes: So you need to require in the accomodation a confirmation about your stay and then show this paper always when you are asked to pay for the entry at the start of hiking routes. The regional discount card of Slovak paradise&Spis (issued by OOCR) does not work nowadays at these fees 🥴

Beside one of the main access points to the Slovensky Rai the location is terrific if that is where you want to go. Comfortable room and good restaurant.
