The owners were very nice and helpful. The apartment is pretty spacious. Kitchen is well equipped (salt, pepper, paper towels, clean dish towel, dish soap and sponge. The Wifi is good. There is public parking right in front of the house. The owner also offered to borrow their kids bike if we wanted, gave us lot of toys to play with (there are already some toys, games in the apt). There is a treehouse and swing we could use. City Spitz is right in the middle of the Wachau valley so great location. Also Spitz is worth exploring, it is close walk to city center. Matress is little firmer, but we actually like it, slept really good. There is bike storage available. The owner actually let us checkout later, which was great. Definitely want to come back in fall to Wachau and would stay here.

Very nice accomodation with great location by the river side and close to the center. The host was very friendly. Including spacious shed to store our bikes.

Clean and cosy apartment with good equipment. Everything was functional and well maintained. I highly appreciated facilities for children on spot.
