The hotel was exceptional in every respect. We were a group of 8 people on different levels and types of rooms. There is nothing I would change. Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful. The spa was wonderful. The captain's bar was great, the views wonderful and the local wines excellent.

From the impeccable service to the outstanding location, every aspect of this hotel reflects excellence. The food was delicious, the bar offered a wonderful atmosphere, and the bartender’s cocktails were truly exceptional. The spa provided a perfect space to relax and unwind. Great hotel with lovely views of the lake and the castle. Very nice wellness area. Staff were very polite and welcoming. We will be very happy to stay here again.
