This was a 3 bedroom apartment with no meal option, however the facilities available in the kitchen fully met our needs although perhaps the inclusion on a microwave may have been helpful. There was a tray of tea/coffee plus sugars, milk sachets and a few treats like chocolate, biscuits and cake. The property was clean and had all the facilities needed including bedding and towels, ample for our needs for a group of 4. Although situated on the outskirts of Speyer the town centre was a short drive away with its choice of Restaurants etc.

a beautiful, clean, quite cozy apartment, despite the heat and the lack of air conditioning, it wasn’t hot (my subjective assessment), in general everything is fine until 9:50 on the day of departure, 10 minutes before 10:00 a punctual frau breaks into your room and starts look for everything in the apartment, reminding you that it’s already 10:00 and you haven’t checked out yet, checks everything down to your garbage, looking for your garbage bags so that you don’t mix up anything in any way, and if you leave any food in the refrigerator in glass , they will directly force you to take them with you and throw them in the nearest trash bin, I am for order and following the rules. there is a problem in the apartment, there are only 2 trash cans and it is not written how to sort garbage, and the second one is a service company with such management and attitude towards customers, the wich to return is 0
