The staff and cleanliness were excellent. The room smells fresh even though it’s next to the sea. No musty smell which was a great positive surprise. Location is right at the center but still relevantly quiet aside from the occasional scooters passing by.

The hotel was right on the seafront with a wonderful over the village of Spetses and the mainland. It was an easy walk to the ferry terminal for arrival and departure and had multiple restaurants and bars nearby. They served us an excellent breakfast every day. If you want you can also order hot items for breakfast at an extra charge but the breakfast was substantial without any extras. The cafe downstairs also serves very good coffee and cakes/pastries as well as a range of light snacks and drinks. Although the main road goes right past the front of the hotel, the room was soundproof and we slept very well.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Sumptuous and comfortable bed.

I loved the view from our bedroom balcony over to the port and the bed was super confortable. Amazing value for money! The staff was super helpful and friendly - we had an amazing stay, we will definitely book it again if we're ever back in Spetses.
