We had a lovely room with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful harbour and mainland views.Property was very quiet and peaceful and also very well located to the port via a scenic seaside walk.Katerina was a lovely host full of recommendations for guests to enjoy their stay and we especially loved her recommendation of a waterside restaurant called Patralis which was only a 5 minute walk away that had amazing food that we enjoyed on several occasions with their diverse and interesting menu.Beaches and a lovely bakery were a 5 minute walk away and taking a motorcycle around the island was a nice experience to better explore Spetses

Condillia II is a great place to stay. It is very well situated, very close to 2 great restaurants and several very nice coffee/brunch places. Also 3min walk to the stop for the bus that takes you to Vrellos and Ligoneri beaches. The hotel is very clean and confortable. It was great to have a nice balcony. Last but not least, Katerina, the owner, is an amazing host. She is very welcoming, has a lot of suggestions, answers willingly your questions etc. I had a great time and will definitely come back there! Thank you for everything Katerina!! :)

Wonderful Host, Peaceful Stay Our stay in Spetses was truly special, thanks in large part to Katerina, the owner of the property. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful—like an old friend you've known for years. Her hospitality really made a difference. The location of the property is also great. It's about a 15-minute walk from the port, which we saw as a big advantage—it meant our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a sea-view room and the balcony was amazing. Every evening after the beach, we enjoyed our wine while watching the sunset and feeling the gentle breeze. At night, we’d sit out and watch the stars—and even some shooting stars. It was pure peace. The place is not super luxurious or flashy, but it’s absolutely sufficient and comfortable for a pleasant stay. A small kitchenette would have been a great addition, but we managed just fine without it. There’s also a fantastic restaurant just 2 minutes away on foot, and nearby you’ll find cute bars, cafés, a bakery, and a small market. If you don't want to rent a scooter or ATV, there’s a minibus stop 2 minutes away that takes you to the beaches for just €2 each way. In short, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Katerina played a big role in making our experience so memorable.
