The property offers a limited food menu in place which is available from 17:00 to 21:00.Guests must have a valid credit/debit card to check in. If you do not have one, you must contact the hotel at least 48 hours before arrival.Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.For self parking, please follow signs for the Multi Storey Car Park and park on the 5th floor.
Self parking will be charged GBP 12 per night(s) for overnight guests. Additional nights will be charged at GBP 15 per night and must be declared and paid for at the time of check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I'd arrived in Liverpool from Spain that day, for a 3 night stay, the last night staying at this hotel. but had a phone call to say my husband had fallen and broken his hip. So I had to change my booking and return home. There were 3 members of staff there on the evening of 12th August and every one of them went that bit further in order to help me. I can't praise them enough.
