The fine print
Please note that the stairs to the rooms are quite steep. The single room has the boiler in it which does create a small amount of noise so guests that are light sleepers may wish to book a larger room for their stay.Please note the property does not serve breakfast. The staff were fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. Being above a pub it was a bit noisy until late in the evening. Also at 2am this morning someone was making a lot of noise near my room. The location is beautiful, stayed 1 night as running the Boston marathon.

Location is ideal for the work we have in Lincolnshire. Staff are great and friendly, food is really good nice to stay somewhere with a bit of atmosphere in the evenings. Rooms are clean and, comfortable. We will be using this for all of our work away jobs in the area.

I liked the location but that is a personal preference due to my family living near by. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.
